The Sales Manager plays a critical role in driving business growth and ensuring customer success across the EMEA region With a solid background in mechanical or industrial engineering, the Sales Manager will lead sales initiatives for Maintenance 4.0 technologies, including predictive maintenance systems, IoT-enabled equipment monitoring, and digital asset management solutions.
This externally focused position is responsible for developing and executing strategic account plans, building long-term customer partnerships, and identifying opportunities to help industrial clients optimize performance, reduce downtime, and transition toward smart maintenance strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue and growth objectives for OCP-MS products and services.
- Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with key accounts, OEMs, and industrial partners across EMEA and Europe.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, leveraging maintenance expertise.
- Collaborate with technical teams to align customer needs with tailored solutions involving predictive maintenance and data-driven diagnostics.
- Conduct market and competitive analysis to inform business development strategies and identify emerging trends in smart maintenance and industrial automation.
- Present complex technical solutions clearly and effectively to both engineering and executive-level stakeholders.
- Represent the company at industry trade fairs, conferences, and technical events to strengthen market presence and generate leads.
- Provide accurate sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and customer insights to senior management.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 5+ years of B2B sales experience in the industrial, mechanical, or automation sectors.
- Proven experience selling predictive maintenance, IoT, or industrial digitalization solutions.
- Strong technical understanding of rotating equipment, industrial machinery, or asset management systems.
- Demonstrated success in managing complex sales cycles and negotiating long-term contracts.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship management skills.
- Fluency in English; French and Arabic;
- Proficiency with CRM platforms and digital sales tools.
- Willingness to travel.
